Cody sent me some pictures from a call they went on yesterday at work. Holy Johnnies! This guy was dumping at Geneva and his breaks weren't working so great - the truck slid right off the edge! I don't know if you can tell from these pictures, but he was trapped inside the cab of the truck - he had hurt his back and they had to break out the window to get him out. Lots of pictures...

Before they could get the driver out, they had to
stabilize the truck to make sure it wouldn't fall. They brought in two bulldozers - a D9 (which means it's ginormous) and a smaller one. These next pictures were taken by a News camera.

K....so, yesterday- I fired two people. So my day was WAY less heroic than Cody's.
Before any of you think I'm a horrible person, I work for a temp agency, so I fire people on a regular basis, and generally, they've earned it.
rhonda and i have much in common. firing is taking the bulk of my time latele. it sucks! and i don't work for a temp agency, although most of my employees are "temp"s anyway...sad.
Holy Crap! It's pics like these that help me to realize how very... um... boring my life is. Yikes!
Woah!! My job is so freaking easy compared to that!
